The project intended to be built on the US Virgin Islands in St. Thomas would use modular construction to create a resort in a mountainous terrain near the ocean. There are certain limitations to the site including mangroves and the site evaluation itself. Around 140 modules would make up the hotel and residences and would have two- and three-bedroom units and 60 one-bedroom units would be located on the Peninsula. The Lighthouse Condos would be 20 townhouses with private boat slips and pools. The marina would have over 100 slips. All bedrooms have a spa/bath with Jacuzzi saunas.
