The Janackovo Nabrezi 15 is a five-story structure with an original Art Nouveau and Rococo-styled exterior from the early twentieth century. It is in the city’s historic center, near the Vltava River. The building underwent minor reconstruction and was transformed into a residential space. There are 34 apartments and the building includes amenities such as a fitness center and breakfast area. Each apartment will be fully serviced, which was a concept that was new to Prague at the time of the building’s reconstruction. All apartments, which range from 34 to 71 square meters in size, are considered luxury spaces with multiple bedrooms, laundry service, a full kitchen, and air conditioning.
