PARCEL 2.14

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Parcel 2.14 combines office, residential, retail, and religious spaces. We designed a site that serves multiple purposes and adapts to its future surroundings. At its center is a 26-story tower with open north-south views. The east and west facades acknowledge the lower residential building and mosque, which face a public plaza. Two pedestrian paths connect the street to the wadi around the tower.
