Parcel 2.09 is a two-block residential development with family-oriented three- and four-bedroom units. The North building has five stories and the South building has two, both atop a two-story retail base. Constructed with concrete, Riyadh stone, glass and steel, the buildings are connected by a skywalk and pedestrian bridges. A landscaped route leads to the wadi, and an access street provides drop-off space and below ground.
