Steven Miller

A practicing architect with over 59 years of experience is a Principal in a new architectural firm in Coral Gables, INNOVATION Architecture. His work over the years with his firm, Planning And Design Consultants, and as a Regional Director of KPF, Perkins Eastman, and FXCollaborative in international hotels, adaptive re-use, urban planning, modular construction systems, residential planning, and real estate development in cities such as London, Prague, Milan, Dubai, Riyadh, and Bali bring a wealth of experience for both architectural and real estate professionals.
Gustavo Ribeiro

Founder and partner of Sito Arquitetura, an award-winning practice established in Brazil, Gustavo led for 30 years the Design of residential, commercial, retail, malls, mixed use, hospitality cultural, and planning projects over 10mi square feet. In 2024, he moved to the USA where he founded, with Steven Miller, INNOVATION Architecture, focused on designing and delivering high-quality architecture projects, with a global approach and scope. He is the founder and President of AIA Latin America and AIA International At-Large Director.
